By registering for a course, the customer agrees to pay the applicable course fee, and a binding agreement is established between the parties upon registration.
Customers have 14 days from the date of registration to cancel their course registration and receive a full refund, provided that the course has not yet started. If a customer cancels after the course has started, Reykjavík University Open University may retain a proportion of the course fee in accordance with Article 23(1) of the Icelandic Consumer Contracts Act No. 16/2016.
Hotel Accommodation and Additional Activities
Separate cancellation terms apply to hotel accommodation and additional services booked in connection with the course.
The following cancellation fees apply:
56 days or less before arrival/activity: 20% of the booking price
42 days or less before arrival/activity: 50% of the booking price
28 days or less before arrival/activity: 100% of the booking price

Payment and Course Changes
All payments are made by credit card at the time of booking.
Reykjavík University Open University reserves the right to cancel or postpone a course if the minimum number of participants is not reached.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing to GJ Travel at info@gjtravel.is in order to be considered valid.
