FLYBUS AIRPORT BUSES

The Flybus airport shuttle will take you from Keflavik International Airport to Reykjavik city and vice versa. The Flybus is connected to all arriving and departing flights at Keflavik airport. Seats are always guaranteed. 

Arrival in Keflavik Airport, Iceland

You can catch the Flybus right outside the terminal at Keflavik Airport and the bus will take you straight to Reykjavik city. We offer two stops on the way to Reykjavík, in Hafnarfjörður and Garðabær - please advise the driver. The Flybus operates in connection with all arriving flights and your seat is always guaranteed. The Flybus departs from Keflavik Airport 35-40 minutes after each flight arrival. Tickets can be bought inside the terminal building at the FLYBUS booth or in the FLYBUS ticket automat located by the exit door of the terminal building. We recommend buying a ticket online prior to your journey ! Tickets are not sold on board the bus outside the Keflavik Airport Terminal building. The Flybus makes a final stop at BSI Bus Terminal in the center of Reykjavik. Passengers with Flybus Plus tickets can board smaller buses that will take you to some of the major hotels and guesthouses in Reykjavik. Total duration of trip is 50-75 minutes from the airport to your hotel.

For those interested there are arrival transfers via Blue Lagoon every day from Keflavik Airport with a flexible stop in the Blue Lagoon before heading off to Reykjavik. Please note: When booking a return ticket, you choose the arrival date only as the departure date is open and valid for one year!

Flybus+ pick up

Pick up from hotels is included for all Flybus+ passengers traveling with the Flybus to Keflavik Airport before your flight. This applies to selected hotels at selected times. Contact the lobby of your hotel to request the pick up. Note that pick up must be requested the night before departure. The Flybus+ only stops at hotels that have confirmed pick up requests.
