Vouchers
Are sent by email 3-4 weeks prior to arrival.
Voucher delivery at the first hotel of the tour is subject to a
supplement of EUR 15.-
Tour Program
A very detailed travel itinerary will be sent by
email 3-4 weeks prior to arrival, offered in English only. A 7 days
itinerary is about 50 A-4 pages, a 14 days itinerary is about 80 A-4
pages, including many website links, distances in km/miles and small
regional maps. Note: For tailor made or changed programs, no detailed
itinerary will be provided!
Emergency number and information meeting
We will provide a emergency phone number access
service from May to September. Information meeting with our travel
experts during office hours at our travel bureau at Borgartún 34 is
offered where we have a selection of brochures, travel books and maps.
Not included
Rental car, and detailed road maps are not included in above rates. These services are available at GJ-Travel for extra costs.
Cancellation policy
Cancellation will only be accepted in writing and
must be reconfirmed by GJ-Travel in writing. Cancellations fees for
GJ-Travel Hotel Packages are:

14-21 days prior arrival: 20 % of full package price

03-13 days prior arrival: 50 % of full package price

0-02 days prior arrival and no-shows: 100 % of full package price
Change of reservation
EUR 50 changing fees if clients wish to change a reservation 2 weeks after booking confirmation.

After we receive your booking by email, you will get a short
reconfirmation from us. The final confirmation with names of hotels
will be send within 3-4 days after booking receipt. Payment is due
latest 4 weeks prior to arrival and vouchers and detailed itinerary
will be sent after receipt of final payment. This concept will assure
an interactive relation between you and our company and we can assist
you with any personal needs you might have. If you like to rent a car
through us, please request our rental car prices and rental information.
Note:
Our family tours are designed for families with smaller children.
Driving distances are limited leaving more time for exploring,
touching, playing and having fun. Many children-friendly activities are
recommended in our detailed travel itineraries. Multiple night stay at
each hotel is ideal for a more relaxing travel style and easier for
children to adopt to their new environments. For these tours we use family rooms in hotels including breakfast.
