A 3-hour fishing voyage from Reykjavik off the coast of Iceland in search of the freshest fish possible. Eat the day’s catch for dinner, freshly prepared by an on-board chef, on the way back to the harbor. Local fish include Haddock, Cod, Catfish, Pollock, Whiting, and Halibut. Participants are recommended to bring warm clothes and their own beverages, but all fishing gear is provided on board.

Sea-angling trips on 'Andrea' is an excellent opportunity for individuals and groups alike to experience the Icelandic nature in a memorable way. Each trip takes about 3 hours, sailing from Reykjavík harbor or other harbors in Faxaflói upon request, with an experienced captain whose responsibilities include picking the best fishing spots at any time. The atmosphere on board is usually light-hearted and relaxed.
Trips can be customized for each party upon request. The vessel is capable of taking 50 passangers and has all the fishing equipment needed. Up to 25 can fish at the same time and some limit the passengers to 25 persons. We fish in Faxafloi bay and in the Whalefjord, which is about a 30 minuntes trip from shore. Cod, Haddock, Ocean perch and Catfish are among the more commonly caught species, but it is possible to catch Halibut. When back to shore, you can take the fish home with you or ask the chef on board the Lobster ship to prepare and serve the fish.

Andrea 2 is a steal boat built in Sweden. This blue and white vessel is 18,23 meters long and 4,5 meter wide. There is padded seating for 50 people and a washroom on board for your convenience. The boat has a after deck and a larger fore deck and on the upper deck there is a good space as well. The Andrea 2 has two Volvo Penta engines. The vessel is equipped with the latest in computerized navigation and communication technology. There is a good saloon where passengers can relax and have drinks.
