We continue to the beautiful Gullfoss waterfall, the queen of Iceland's waterfalls. From there we visit the geothermal area around the incredible spouting geysers of Geysir and Strokkur, echoing into the peaceful evening glow. This evening tour gives you the opportunity to see the highlights of Iceland under a bright and charming evening sky, reflecting a different light on the landscape. We start by visiting the Þingvellir National Park, where the Icelandic parliament Alþingi was established in the year 930 AD. The area was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in August 2004. Thingvellir is a place of fascinating natural beauty, one of the most geologically spectacular, set on a vast plain flanked by large fissures, right on Iceland’s largest lake, Thingvallavatn.

We continue to Gullfoss waterfall, the queen of Iceland's waterfalls. The mighty Gullfoss (the Golden Waterfall) is perhaps the most beautiful in the country, where the river Hvitá tumbles 32 meters (105 ft) in a double cascade.

From there we visit the geothermal area around the incredible spouting geysers of Geysir and Strokkur, echoing into the peaceful evening glow. This otherworldly hot spring area is a geothermal field covered with multicolored pools of water where hot springs are in abundance, geysers explore and pools of mud bubble. Strokkur, the Great Geysir’s little brother, is spouting to a height of about 25 meters (82 ft) and erupts at about 5-7 minute intervals.
