Option 1:
Use the EASY TAILOR MADE FORM to tell us where you want to go and what you want to do, how many days you intend to stay in Iceland, a possible travel date and the estimated group size and we will do the rest! Please inform us about your budget and quality needs regarding accommodation. Let us know if you travel with a group leader that we should price into the quote. Specify whether you would like us to arrange meals for your group or if you want to arrange this yourself. We can work with you to develop your trip into an educational, cultural, adventure or fun experience!
If you want us to arrange a tailor-made itinerary, please complete the below EASY TAILOR MADE FORM. You don't have to give us all of this information but it would be helpful to receive at least an outline of your requirements so we can put together a fantastic itinerary for a great price. Please note that it usually takes 3-4 working days for us to arrange an itinerary proposal and quote.
Option 2:
Use the
ADVANCED TAILOR MADE FORM and choose from the location, attraction and activity list. Just take a few minutes to fill in the form. We will prepare an itinerary with basic information and quotation and send it to you within 3-4 working days. You can fine-tune it or change it as much as you like and our travel advisor in our group department will work with you until you’re satisfied. We will assist you with suggestions to add the little things that make the big difference in creating an unforgettable tour in Iceland. What kind of tour do you want?
It’s simple and free; just tell us what you want to do and where you want to go and we will do the rest! List the locations, attractions and activities you want to go to, when you want to travel, meals and hotel requirements and anything else you can think of and we will get back to you with an itinerary and quote.
5-Step to customize a group tour
1. Fill in the easy or advanced tailor made form and send us your requirements
2. Within 3-4 working days we will send you a proposal. Change this proposal for free as often as you want, until it fits your needs
3. Agree to the final proposal and possible non-refundable deposit might apply
4. Receive our booking confirmation and pay the tour costs latest 30 days prior to arrival
5. Come to Iceland and enjoy your vacation
