The Saga Island - Sandoy
A day trip to one of the most pristine islands in the Faroe Islands, where the traditional Faroese lifestyle still exists. There are many interesting sights on this tour, including puffin colonies and bird cliffs. The island is also enriched with history and fantastic nature. Most of the villages on the island will be visited. A packed lunch is included in the tour price.

Visit to Vágoy - The island with the big lakes
By coach along the mountain road to Norðadalsskarð, where the view of the island of Koltur is indescribably beautiful. On Vágar, we drive through the villages of Sandavágur, Miðvágur, Sørvágur and Gásadalur with a stunning view of Tindhólmur with the island of Mykines in the background.

Northeren Islands - and see Viking Settlements
A day trip to the Northern Islands, driving over Streymoy and Eysturoy to Leirvík and through the undersea tunnel, which is decorated with lighting art by the famous Faroese artist Tróndur Patursson to Klaksvík. Wonderful views of the islands of Fugloy, Svínoy, Borðoy and Kunoy. Along the way, we have a look at the Viking settlements at Leirvík and the Christianskirken church in Klaksvík and woollen handicraft shop.

Faroe cultural centre - Kirkjubø
Visit the approx. 900 years old Roykstovan farm, which is still inhabited. The Olavskirken church from year 1111 was named after King Olav the Holy. The church, which is the oldest in the Faroe Islands, is still in use. We see the ruins of Saint Magnus Cathedral, which is considered the main cultural attraction in the Faroe Islands.

Gjógv og Saksun - Northeren part of Eysturoy
Day trip by coach to the village of Funningur, the site of the first Viking settlement, and on to Gjógv known for its distinctive harbour. On the way we pass Slættaratindur (882m), the highest mountain in the Faroe Islands, and Eiði with its famous rock formation known as the “Giant and the Old Hag”. On the way back, we stop in Saksun.

In the King´s footsteps - Tórshavn and Nólsoy
The theme of this tour is the first royal visit to the Faroe Islands. The tour begins at the Kongaminnið obelisk and continues to Kongabrúgvin, where the ferry leaves for Nólsoy. Lunch will be served in the local Kaffistovan and is followed by a walk to Stongin. On the way back to the ferry, you can visit the bird taxidermist Jens Kjeld Jensen.

Grotto Concert - A unique experience
With the Schooner “Norðlýsið” to the island of Hestur or the island of Nólsoy. Here, a smaller boat takes us into a grotto where a concert is being held. This is a unique musical experience and never the same because of nature's participation. There may be so quiet that you can hear the birds participating, while at other times, the heavy beating of waves inside the caves, provide a completely different experience and sound. In other words; an experience of a lifetime – since no concert will ever be the same. The tour takes about 4-5 hours.

Sightseeing with the Schooner "Norðlýsið"
We go on a 3-hour schooner cruise, where we sail close along the coastline to watch the cliffs rising from the sea. We will, off course, stop at the most beautiful places, to give you the best ever photo opportunities. On this tour, we also pass the very important lighthouse Borðan. William Heinesen, the Faroese writer and artist called it "The tower at the end of the World”. The lighthouse is built in 1893 and just like the surrounding buildings it is made of materials taken from the rocks on the location. It has been portrayed on both Danish and Faroese stamps and coins. The lighthouse lens with its 2.82 meter in diameter and a weight of 4 tons, is the largest in Europe and one of the largest in the world. Here you can also see the two houses, used when people came here, cutting peat. Depending on wind and weather, we usually also have a short stay in Nólsoy.

Boat trip to the Vestmanna Bird Cliffs
Travel by bus via the mountain road to Vestmanna where the excursion boat awaits. The boat sails along the cliff wall, into a narrow strait and into some of the many grottoes. On the return to Tórshavn stop at the Viking settlements in Kvívík.

Panorama view from Sornfelli
By coach along the mountain road to the top of Sornfelli (749 metres), where the view of the islands is indescribably beautiful – a view you will never forget. We continue to the village of Kollafjörð tunnel and Kaldsbaks fjord.

Fishingtrips with Blástein
From May to September Blástein offers fishingtrips (Deep sea fishing) every day. Apart from fishing, you experience the beautiful nature, birdlife, seals and lots more. This is the perfect way to experience our fantastic islands.
